This hot sauce carries the same heat level as the papaya habanero with a mild smoky flavor. Derived from the original papaya habanero sauce with the addition of ancho chilis. Goes well with meats, seafood and vegetables. Use as a nice heat element in marninades, spiced up salad dressings, and a plethora of other food items that you cook with.
