The Trinidad Scorpion chili is the second hottest chili on the planet reaching 2,000,000 on the Scoville scale of heat. This is combined with the Jolokia chili which is a close second with around 1,000,000 on the heat chart. These two are combined with my secret blend of spices, habanero's, chipotles in adobos and vinegar. This flavor profile makes a great sauce that has a high amount of heat with plenty of flavor to compensate for the ass burning aftermath.
